Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a tracking link as soon as the label is created.
International orders
We currently ship within the United States only. This lets us keep delivery fast and returns simple. If you are outside the US and would like to order, email us — we will tell you honestly whether we can arrange it.
Returns — 30 days, no drama
You have 30 days from delivery to return most items for a refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
How to start a return
- Email hello@themonelle.com with your order number and what you would like to return.
- We reply within 1 business day with a return address and instructions.
- Pack the item securely and send it back. Return shipping is $4.95 and is deducted from your refund — unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover it.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of the parcel reaching us.
What cannot be returned
- Opened press-on nail sets — for hygiene reasons, once the seal is broken.
- Used or opened candles — for safety reasons.
- Items marked final sale at the time of purchase.
- Gift cards.
Damaged or wrong item?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging. We send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping — no return required.
Exchanges
We do not run a formal exchange process. The fastest route is to return the item for a refund and place a new order, so you are not waiting twice.

Press-on nails

How to measure: lay a soft tape or a strip of paper across the widest part of your thumb nail, mark both edges, and measure the distance in millimetres. Measure all ten nails — most people are not the same size on both hands. When in doubt, size up and file down; sizing down cannot be fixed.
Every set includes 24 nails across 12 widths, so you can mix sizes across fingers.
